It was a dreary and drizzled day when I first met my raincoat. It was bright yellow, and it had large, roomy pockets in the front. I was sad and I didn’t want to go outside for nothing. After it was tested, it would get boxed up and shipped off to my local shop. I remember the day I first saw it on the shelf. I picked it and I could not wait to take it with me! Ever since that day, my raincoat has never left my side on rainy days. It keeps me comfy and happy while I roam the world, even if things don’t go perfectly with the weather.
A Love Letter to Rainy Days
I know there are some who dislike rainy days entirely, but actually, I love rainy days! When it rains outside, everything functions and feels in a unique way. The soft pitter-patter of raindrops on my raincoat is soothing. It was as dark as gray can get, and the air suddenly begins to feel clean and fresh after the rain.
